Many times the earlier pippers end up hatching after the later ones, so don't let that timeline worry you... is it chirping, moving, active? Resting in between? As long as the pip hole doesn't look like it has gotten dry and it is not in distress, I would leave it longer... how is your humidity?
Oh, and here is the link to the FB page, no "dues" asked to be paid, lol... my other half is on there...

Awesome, thanks!
Well, I haven't seen it move for a long while, no chirping either. And it does seem a bit dry around the little pip hole it made, but I might be wrong. I'm not overly experienced with incubating.
Humidity is a bit high right now from the other chicks who've hatched (82%), it was at around 68-70% before they started coming out of their shells.
Here's the egg in question and the little hole it made yesterday. No other visible holes or cracks in the shell that I can see on this egg.

I did as Ravynscroft suggested and pulled it out fast and carefully pried a little bit of the shell off with tweezers. It IS alive, which is good. Still a lot of blood vessels going on in the membrane, so I put it back in the incubator for now. There's a big enough hole now that I can see a part of the chick and it's movements, so I'll keep an eye on it.
