Hanging cabbages

Sorry can't post a pic but basically you use a small rope hung where the cabbage is either even with the shoulders of the chicken or alittle higher if you want them to work for it.

those cheap fishing stringer works great for me.

I use like one of the small tent pegs shove the pointy part into the cabbage they I have it tied with a length of Nylon cord to an eylet screwed into the rafter (Note My roof is only center height 8 foot !!

Thanks so much. For some reason I just couldn't picture this - duh ! I'm sure the girls will freak out the first time I hang one !

Leave it a while. Pull a couple of leaves of the cabbage out and down, and tear up a leaf, scatter it under the hanging cabbage. They'll get the idea.
