Hanging Head

I have 3 week old Buff Orp chick that as of last night has it's head tucked under it's chest when it stands. Looks like it's head is too heavy to hold up. It can pick up it' head for a few seconds. It is chirping and I have seen her eat some today but head hanging almost to floor and like she is trying to tuck it under her body.

Ever see this before?

I have a 3 wk old EE chick that is doing the same thing today. Everyone else is ok but this one. Just started it today too.....

You may want to post this under emergencies and injuries. Maybe someone there will see it that can help or have an answer.
