Hard nodules near eyes

Everyone. I just got this girl and noticed that she has these growths next to her eyes. I have given her some ophthalmolic ointment and tried to gently wash.
She was dewormed when she got here and one of these eyes does look a little cloudy. Other than that, she is doing well.

I do not see anything in her mouth either. Although her mucus does seem thickened

I am not a vet, but I think that could be a type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma. Have you had any fowl pox recently or seen the others peckingnher? The eye cloudiness could be a cataract or a result of eye infection or injury. There are some pictures of skin cancer in this link:

looks like ingrown feather but i’m confused could be something else fingers crossed
clean it with some saline

indeed but that looks like crater round kinda nodules isn’t it?
