Has anyone had this and is it normal

Could call it shaggy, since this doesn't look like the typical frizzle. I did have a Cuckoo Marans hen one time that had some frizzle looking feathers in her hackles only, rest of the body smooth. The neck curles intensified when she molted.

Yh that's how these guys where, incoming hackle and saddle feathers was curled but now normal
just the tail and wing that remains frizzle like
 
Could be sleeping in closed quarters, could be that he's young and he's not taking good care of his feathers, or he could be roughhousing too much with the others
Their quarters is plenty spacious though they prefer to huddle together

I thought about the young aspect that probably they'd grow out of it

And yes they do rough house a lot
They are very mean and constantly bully my older hens
Now the 3 brothers do have serious fights amongst them selves and they're just 2 month old
