Hatch-Along - Eggs set in November, due December, anyone?

I just love silkie babies I only got one to hatch from my eggs and she s a special needs but she was cute as a button




Shes a big girl now but there isnt anything as cute as a baby silkie i think lol

First to hatch. We have been calling her Pip Squeak because for the longest time she had only done those 2 things

She is doing her best to wake the rest of the gang!

Cyndiloo- WHat kind of bator do you have? Whats under the hardware cloth? is it a towel? is it dry? What are you using for moisture? I'm trying to figure out how I want to set up my hatching situation... Any pointers?

The picture time line was awsome thank you so much for shareing . She is so sweet.

I incubated in a big cabinet incubator with auto turner and forced air.
I hatch in my Little Giant mainly so the kids can watch through the windows.
On day 18 I filled the trays in the bottom and layed a wash cloth on top and lightly tuck it in the troughs to soak up the water.
I also have 2 small cups of water with sponges in them for evaporation as well.
The humidity stays at 70% or so and I can easily add water through the small vent holes with a straw and medicine dropper.

I am by NO means an expert, this is just what works for me
