hatched two days early???

Yah! Nineteen little chickies! I have to check them and see if more are coming, but we're doing pretty good so far. Only about four layers haven't hatched. So should I play with the temp, or leave it? I'll double check the numbers, but I believe we had about a 75% hatch rate. Also, one of the chickies has really short fluff. Is this normal for the occasional one to have it?

I'm so excited!
