Hatcheries and Bird Quality?

Hi, does anyone know if the there are hatcheries in Europe that provide purebred leghorns, rhode island reds and other layer breeds? But I need parent stock birds so i can hatch the chicks for production. Will hatcheries give high quality parent stock eggs?
