Hatching 2 days early??? I'm stressing out!!

Guys my chicks are coming already but they were supposed to hatch in 2 more days.
That 21 day thing is a target, not an absolute law of nature. It's not that unusual for eggs to hatch 2 full days early or late. There can be different reasons for that. So try to relax. You are doing OK.

Heredity, humidity, how and how long they are stored, and a few other things can affect when they actually hatch. One big thing is average incubating temperature, if the average temperature is a bit warm they can be early, if it is cool they can be late.

With my own eggs, whether under a broody hen or in an incubator, my eggs typically hatch a day or two early. I think heredity has a lot to do with that since I've calibrated my incubator and it happens with broody hens. That's why your eggs being two days early doesn't bother me. The first time it happened it did excite me, but not any more.

Sometimes my hatches are over in less than 24 hours after the first one hatches. I've had some drag out more than two days, well over 48 hours. In one of my more worrying hatches I had one chick hatch late one day, two days early. Nothing, no pips or anything, until about 24 hours later I saw a couple of pips just before I went to bed. When I woke the next morning I had 16 more chicks in the incubator. Each hatch is different.

I've got my air cells marked and both are popping bits of shell from the bottom of their eggs. Do I do anything?!? I thought they were supposed to come out where the air cell is. Is this okay?
Yes, chop up some fruit and put that on some vanilla ice cream. Enjoy it as you calm down. As far as the eggs go, leave them alone. There is nothing you can do to help, there are things you can to do hurt them.

Do I need to orient the eggs differently??
No, see above.

Let us know how it is going tomorrow morning. You'll probably feel better about this then.

The first baby has come! It's 2 am! Lol I'm so tired :( should I be concerned that the little thing is knocking the other eggs all over the place??

congratulations....
Well done.. I love new chicks:wee
Thank you!! So far the only egg not to pip is #7.

I wonder if the reason my babies are so "early" is because they're such small bantams. I am finding that some opinions on chickens is a lot like advice for catching fish. Some places I read that it doesn't matter what size chicken laid it, it's 21 days. Other sources say bantams hatch faster. I wasn't sure what to do so I went about things for "regular" chickens. They only spent maybe 30 hours in lockdown before first pip.

I wonder what color my little soldier here is. It looks like a mix of silver and pollen yellow.

Second chick, egg #9! I watched it zip on my webcam and ran upstairs. I got to watch this one come out. It's dark gray with a yellow face!

Edit: #15 came out about 15 minutes later. Dark gray with an all yellow head?

Alright I've got 6 now and 2 eggs that have no activity :( I really hope they do... I don't think any of the colors I have right now are one of the colors I wanted. I'm really lost about identifying the color they are, too, but if I had to take a wild stab in the dark, the ones with all yellow heads are porcelains/lavender mille fleurs and the ones that have yellow faces but gray on the top of the head are blue quail. There was a chance for blue buff columbian in there and I'm trying not to be a pouty party pooper about none of them being that color.

The last egg to hatch was the one I was most concerned for, the egg with the air cell on the wrong end. Looks like it worked out!

I'm attaching pictures, each photo is of a different bird. Three are still fluffing up in the incubator. The whole batch are Belgian bearded d'anvers in a grab bag mix of flavors.
