Hatching big duck eggs

Hi, I have eggs in the incubator and I have 1 really big duck egg in there too. I thought their would be twins in the big egg but there is only one duckling in it. They are supposed to hatch Friday but I’m not sure how it will be able to get out of the egg. Since it’s a big shell he’s only in the bottom of the egg. Any idea? Will I need to help it? Thank you

How is the hatch going with the big one? I have a big one due to hatch in a week with 2 embryos. There isn't really any info online on incubating these, but I would assume the baby would need assistance. Especially if the shell is thicker than normal

It never hatched, it ended up dying in the egg a couple days ago.
