Yea, I think it's the planes that disrupt tracking. I hope they show up on time and in perfect condition.
Mine took about 5 minutes to warm up. I just got mine for Christmas. The chicks seem to love it. My only objection is I have to lift it up to check all of them. Hopefully as they get a little older there will be more "outside" time.Does anyone know how long an ecoglow electric hen needs to be plugged in before I can put in the chicks??
You mean like these? My Swedish Olandsk Dwarfs that are coming from California are LOST in St. Louis. They have not been scanned since San FransiscoThey left on the 7th.....![]()
Quote: I've been using mine for almost a week now too and love it! I do have the same problem though... they like it under there so much I have to lift it up or pull them out to see them sometimes! I really do think it's better for them than the heat lamps. They all come out when I turn the light on in the room in the morning and eat and drink and make a rukus. Then they settle down and sleep again before coming out for another bite and drink. They seem to be spending more and more time out from under it every day. It's nice to let them regulate their temp themselves and not worry about the fire hazard.
