I just realized my level changed with posting 500 posts and it is official. I am not only chicken obsessed, but I'm also overrun with chickens. lol...

LOL! Ya know, it's ironic -- seems like every member here, by the time they get to 500 posts they really ARE overrun with chickens! I'm at 47 now with another 24 eggsies on the way -- and then there's spring breeding -- ACK! What on earth am I gonna do with a hundred chickens?

Yeah....the youngest babies fall asleep as soon as I pick them up, and like to nestle up against my neck.

Yeah, we've gotten very used to having lots of space in this country -- I have to admit I like the space! At the same time I really did like living in our little log cabin back in the woods -- kinda miss it, actually!
