Yep, I have you down for 2 sets of 6+ Serama eggs & 3 Peafowl eggs. Which would you like to swap out for.

If I remember correctly, January and later was always a terrible time to get shipped eggs. It's been about three years since I've dealt with shipped eggs over winter, but for some reason, after Janish it just sucks. *sigh* I should go through my notes from years ago and see when the crap ends.

but then again, it could be the PO and maybe they are xraying more

Uhm well I just got a box of CCL from Madamwlf. She double boxed, great insulation, eggs in a well-fitted small box inside a large F/R box. Eggs were in FOAM. The outer box had puncture marks in it, and 3 of 7 eggs were cracked. The box must have been forcibly thrown to do that. I 100% blame the USPS on that one. Box wasn't marked at all (marked ones tend to be targeted).

I double boxed and shipped 18 eggs to another BYCer last month. 7 of those eggs were cracked, and those only traveled 300 miles in the state of MT. One "Fragile" PS sticker on the top. The outer box was destroyed.

I have gotten boxes that have been obliterated while marked "Fragile/Hatching Eggs/Live Embryos/etc." Only once was it the packer's fault.

A woman that works in my local sort facility told me that the only way that packages are handled differently is if they actually contain live animals. She said all other packages, regardless of labeling, get tossed in the large bins. Unfortunately, they often have much larger, heavier packages thrown on top of them. She said it's also impossible to ship them with a certain side up as they are packed the way they fit the best.

She did say that there are rare instances where she's seen a sorter go out of his way to put a package to the side and place it on top when the bin is full, but that is definitely not the norm.

Rey, 1 of the AM eggs bloodringed, the rest never started (forgot to tell you that sorry) I just had themall listed as pulled before lockdown on my chart. Ok, shipped a bunch of boxes out today. Profti is getting her maxed out box of ducklings and chicks 9471 6036 9930 0000 0204 89 Amyable is getting a box of 12 Khaki ducklings in place of her eggs she claimed 9471 6036 9930 0000 0204 65 GableBabble has a swan box in route so we can get the LLO flock shipped back to us. 9481 7036 9930 0001 4099 73 Daloorashens has 2 boxes on their way (taped together) with CCL, EE, LB chicks in one and Bresse in the other 9471 6036 9930 0000 0204 72 plus hatching eggs went out today for orders. ssterling1776 I have your box set up and dated to leave on 4/8 for your eggs you claimed Time to clear the list again and sort for the next round going out............ Again if you claimed eggs and prefer us to hatch them in place of shipping (given the lovely hatch rates of late from shipped eggs) please PM and let me know.

The four I have developing will hopefully hatch this Friday....Go ahead and plan on sending me ducklings instead of the eggs. Whenever they are available. PM me the shipping cost and I will send it out ASAP. Thanks

I have received good news from our insurance company. The customer service rep I spoke with was very helpful. She said that I would just need to write a letter explaining the medical necessity for the usage of the Mayo Clinic and it was almost sure to be approved. She is even checking to see if there is a way to get travel expenses to the clinic paid by the insurance.

I think the mistake was at the doctor's office or in the translation as English is a second language.

I am waiting now to hear as to what time frame in order get everything set up. My son has an interview with CA Technologies in Plano, TX on April 11th and would like to wait until that is done if it doesn't make a difference in recovery, etc.
