Tell her the equipment is NOT your problem and she needs to contact the seller of the bator. Explain further that you get what you pay for and cheap doesnt lead to cheep as hatching is an intricut process that shouldnt be taken lightly.member just contacted me from eBay about the eggs not hatching.
