There are several things you can try, if you can't find the threads, let me know and I'll help you. A tape hobble to stabilize the position of the legs, baby Poly-vi-sol (no iron), it can be caused by a vitamin deficiency and placing the chick in a coffee mug (with footing) after they are hobbled. It forces them to stand on the leg and strenghthen it.
I had a chick hatch like this . She coudnt stnd up or walk and feed herself for about 2 weeks or so so I had to feed her and stuff constantly. She is a good little pullet now but her leg is stil messed up she walks but has a limp. I hope soemone ha some ideas for you I would just wrap the leg in place if you can and see how the chick does , Hopefully your chick isnt as bad as little butter it was a intense few weeks . She isnt suffering though. There are several things you can try, if you can't find the threads, let me know and I'll help you. I've had this situation with three chicks. But to be honest, I've never found a permanent fix with the leg straight back like that. I had one silkie until it was 6 mos old. It had to be lifted into the coop each night, it could only drag around the run. But it ate, drank and grew. It finally got caught in a wet storm and was unable to get out and stay dry.
My mantra is "no more special needs chicks". Sorry.
Good luck.
