I don't know about all chickens, but mine absolutely adored it....they should be in a "Calgon, take me away" commercial. That's not what I used, but still. Both of them sort of melted in my hands when I put them in the warm water...and fell asleep; seriously (not fibbing). I had to sort of prop Annie's head up at a weird angle because she kept dipping her head in the water while falling asleep. They really did love it.

The PO lost eggs I shipped to someone including 6 jub orp eggs, CCL and SFHs. Lost for 3 weeks. Them suddenly the found them sitting at her PO the whole time. She called 2x per day for over a week.
Now I have chicks missing too. Supposed to be here today but no updates on shipping status besides being accepted at shipping PO. Oh brother!!

Not you too! Ugh, this is just so sad. I'm sorry your chicks are missing too and I pray they arrive safe and sound. The eggs - did she still try to hatch them out by chance? Any luck?

I will be the first to admit that having birds shipped to me 1 week before Christmas wasn't my most intelligent moment, but the fact remains that if you are going to pay for Express shipping, and if the USPS is going to guarantee that it arrives by noon on a certain day...then they should make sure it arrives...by noon...on that day (regardless of what time of year it is). I'm just really upset and I have no idea where my feathered friends are.
