I am sure you didn't. I have no problem with any of you guys on here shipping like that. This is the first time this has happened to me on there. So I won't buy eggs there anymore. It's just too risky.

actually since they were sold through ebay, you can open a claim there and yes they will cover a claim through ebay. File an ebay claim based on failure to package properly for shipment.

I did do that now it is just putting messages back and forth. It won't give me and option to escalate the claim. I think the seller has to do that. Which I don't think she will do. I put on there that I would be happy to send the eggs back the remaining ones that survived. I didn't set them. They were too messy and had a horrible ride.
