My Seramas are around a pound. Some are smaller. They are actually classified by sizes (A,B&C) with the A being the smallest and C the largest and least desirable. I have no idea how they would do with other bantams as I have always kept mine in separate pens. You can keep 4 comfortably in a 3ft x 4ft pen. Many people keep them inside their homes as pets. If you have an incubator I would happily send you 6 or so eggs free if you would be willing to pay shipping. I always like to see others get started with these beautiful little birds.

Great. Looks like DH has a new pen to build when he gets home in April. Now, is it true you can keep different colors together?

Brandy,

I had three roos that lived in a communal pen and they were continually beating the cr*p out of each other. I finally picked the one I liked the best and moved the other two out. I threw them into a pen of Icelandics. They suddenly lost all their bravado, but they live now in peace with the big boys.

This is for all swappers I owe Legbar eggs to you the Spring.

I have 2 more swaps to fill and I will be caught up. Does any of my Spring Legbar swappers want their eggs now?? If you don't know if I owe you Spring eggs, check out my swap page. Let me know if you want your Spring Legbar eggs now.

I had to leave this morning the swap not knowing there was such a big mess about it.I'm sorry my absence holded the swap more time than it should. I would like to answer a few of the questions made. First, Puerto Rico is a USA territory and the regulations we have are the same you have in other states. Except for a few like hawaii that have stronger regulations. We Use the same postal system with the same shipping rates. It just can take longer to get here. Usually a priority flat rate box gets here in 5 days. Had a few that got here in 3 days and one that took 8. It's a risk and it's mine. There is no responsability on part of the sender if the postal system kicks the box all the way here....lol...One time I think they did....

I asked mstricer to hold my eggs a few weeks. I did not knew it could be a problem and I'm sorry for it. I made a agreement with her so If ok I want to clear her to swap again as we made a arrangement for shipping at a later date.

I'm really sorry for the problems this caused.
