Hatching Eggs / Paypal CHAT Thread

Hey, everyone, I hate to be a pest but I really haven't gotten any response on the Secret Santa for the paypal/hatching egg swap. Do we want to do this, or should I just drop it?

Right now I only have two people that have responded that they would like to participate and the feedback has been even on the options.

caj1985, I would, but the incubator is off until March at least, so unless there was a 'delayed ship' option, I just can't Sorry! It is a wonderful idea, especially for those in non-snowy places

That won't be an issue because I think we should handle it like the mystery swap where there are non-egg options due to the cold weather. We can either have categories to choose from or fill out personal info (hobbies, reading types, etc.) for the other person to come up with a personalized gift, of course mystery eggs are always an option for non-freezing areas. Since I only have a couple of breeds laying I figure I will do either home-made goodies such as cookies, or home-made items like lap quilts, throws, etc., or the always popular (in my house) books. I might throw in some eggs also, but the choices are wide-open depending upon what we decide to do. Just let me know.

Im interested and think that it would be easy and helpful it u did it like the monthly mystery swap.....I dont know if u had me down on the list but i want in..

I've got you down, Wayne. You and Daloorashens were my two original responers. Thanks! I think the mystery swap is probably a good way to handle it. That way if you want to give or send eggs great, if not... goodies!!! I am going to say that one of the categories should be Christmas items such as ornaments. I would say $20 limit for purchased items? How does that sound?

I received eggs from madamwlf and KYTinpusher! All eggs are unbroken and resting. I can't wait to get them in the bator! Thank you!!!
