Hatching Silkie Eggs!!! Very low hatch rate

Hello Everyone!! Happy Spring!!!! I have tried hatching 2 batches of silkie eggs. I only got 2 out of 13 on the first one. And 3 out of 13 on the 2nd one. Is there a something I should be doing different with them versus regular chicken eggs? TIA

Are you using an incubator (i find they do not work 4 hatched out of 40 is what got last year and looks like 0 out of 27 this year. i incubated 12 silkie eggs under a hen last year and got 9 chicks
