hatching

so, my eggs are progressing along. The one that is the furthest along seem to move less than the rest. no pipping. when the others have pipped. do I help it along?

If it still hasn't pipped externally after the others have hatched, I'd give it a safety hole. It's the first step described here.

I wouldn't say that a full on assist is needed yet. But I don't have enough information to really decide for sure.

What day are you on?

It probably is just resting before the big final push and absorbing the last bit of yolk. I'd go ahead with the safety hole like rose quartz said, but it will probably be fine. Good luck with your hatch!

Sorry just realized you said it didn't pip yet. I would definitely do a safety hole. Set it so the egg is touching another good egg. They always encourage each other better that way.

number 7 finally pipped! all but number 5 have. my humidity was low. number 5 is only about 25 days so its ok
