Have a baby pigeon and I need help!!!!

Hello all! I currently have a baby pigeon, I raised one 5 years ago so I know how to do that. I am only on here as 1) I took this pigeon in because of the wound on its head the others were picking on it and would have killed it 2) I kind of would like to know the age of this pigeon so I can keep tabs etc. I currently cleaned the wound with wound cleaner then applied antibiotic cream as well as covered it to soak up excess blood then applied more ointment is there any other advice? He’s eating fine and acts fine so it’s not hurting too much or causing him issues right now. Also how do I tell his age? Any help is appreciated!!!!

Pigeons are tough to age but this one looks like just a few days to a week. Pigeons look like adults by about 4-5 weeks.

I agree it about a week old. I think your doing the best already with regards to its head. Just keep it clean and it should heal up fairly quickly.

How do I tell his age?

I would guesstimate the age of the squab as 7 or 8+- days of age.
