I have little owl nest boxes all around my property as they will attack and kill any hawk they see. They are also too small to go after chickens as that would practically be suicide.

I'd suggest you get some screech owl nest boxes depending on where you live.

Species of hawk? Your location? Is hawk a migrant or local?

Crash cymbals. They work pretty damn well for me in breaking a hawk off it’s chase with one of my pigeons.

Feeding whole peanuts and corn on a rodent-proof feeder to the local crow and jay population also helps.
