He is a he....right?

Alvin hatched at my house on August 4th, making him exactly 19 weeks today. Father is an EE and mother is unknown. I have always assumed he is male as his comb was large and red compared to the 1 pullet of the hatch.....but I'm beginning to question if he really is a he! No crowing. No interest in the ladies. Docile nature. No obvious saddle feathers. Nothing except the big comb and wattles. Could Alvin be a girl....or is he just a late bloomer?

How long has the comb been red for already? Since it's mix then the small size isn't a true representation.

Chick on the picture to blow it up and you can see a couple hanging pointy saddle feathers. Hes a boy.
