Heard peeping under mom - looks like it’s not finished yet!!

broody hen is hatching in our bathroom as it’s too cold. woke up this morning and heard peeping, went to check and it looks like it’s still working!!!

as you can see in the photo (I didn’t move mom or egg) she doesn’t seem to be sitting fully on egg, is this normal?

I would leave it because she might purposely not be sitting on it all the way to make it easier for the chick to hatch. When it hatches she will want the chick under her. Please when it hatches post pics of the chick!
