You may have already tried..but I just called the Oklahoma State Ag dept and requested information on how to handle your situation so maybe something good :| You are in Oklahoma right?

Never give up. That will give them the strength to do more stuff like this to you or others. I am a very gentle natured person but if anyone or anything messes with my family or animals I can become relentless. They called me back and I told him the story he said to give him a call the number is 14055213864 or 14055213011 call him! He sounds like he will help! He is the State Ag Investigator or something.

Yeah I really hope. Did you call both numbers b/c it took me forever to get through I think the 3864 number works better than the 3061. Tell them you are calling in repsonse to Kristi..I called last night and left a message and he called me back this morning and I talked to him before I went to class. I really hope that works, I was going to do it right after I read your story the first time but I just knew someone would do the right thing and after I saw it was all still going on I couldnt wait any longer. I just told them I had a friend that called her local police and they did nothing. I told them a little bit of the story but I left out the warrant part..I forgot dummy me ..and that is 1 of the most important parts! So make sure you tell them that. But I really wish you luck!

Alot of members sound like they would have those chooks back already. They offer alot of excellent advice, and they are mad as all heck. Are you or your husband or family member capable of getting over to the pen one night and clipping a hole in the fence on the bottom?
I personally would be done with talking to people who aren't doing their jobs, and I would not be crying anymore, I would be getting the guineas back.
