Beepaw rolled his eyes, "Well it wasn't that funny." he meowed and padded over to Hawkpaw.

Rainspark trotted up to Briarpaw, "Get Flamefang, Spottedpaw, Beepaw and Rowanfur. I know it's getting dark, but that's OK. If ThornClan were to attack us at night, you need to be able to." she meowed.

Briarpaw trotted off,"Beepaw, Flamefang,"she meowed,"Rainspark wants you, you to Rowanfur,"she meowed.She looked around,she couldn't see Spottedpaw,"Badgerpaw!You wanna come with us?"she called as she sister padded over,"Rainspark, I couldn't find Spottedpaw so I got Badgerpaw,"she exclaimed.

Rainspark looked at Briarpaw, "But I just saw-" she looked at the apprentices, Spottedpaw wasn't there, "Well, if we're bringing her or not, she needs to be found. Silverpaw!" Rainspark called as the silver apprentice looked in their direction, "Find Spottedpaw while we're gone, please." Silverpaw nodded and looked around. Rainspark turned her head back to the patrol, "Let's go, then. We're going to the training hollow, fighting practice." and she marched out of camp

Silverpaw watched them go and then returned to looking for Spottedpaw, she narrowed her eyes and saw her. Silverpaw raced over, "Rainspark wanted to train with you." the shiny-gray she-cat mewed gently, "What's wrong?"

"Wait,"Ravenstar called, leaping down,"I would like to come.Fernheart, keep things in charge,"She meowed as she followed her.

Badgerpaw twirled around,"yay!"she meowed.

Briarpaw followed, hoping her useless paw wouldn't fail her.

Spottedpaw looked up,"Beepaw,"she meowed,"I was just trying to joke but he got mad at me,"she meowed.

(Amberpool won't live happily ever after. She'll come back to find her mate had kits with someone else. Unless I misunderstood...)

Yeah. XD She'll get over it. I was also thinking that when the Clan finds her they won't recognize her.

Hawkpaw jumped around with joy. "Finally! Out of the nursery!" he yowled.

Acornpaw, Honeypaw, and Iypaw grinned at each other.

Ashpaw blinked. He wasn't sure if he was ready to take on the responsibilities of an apprentice.


"What's our first task?" Acornpaw asked the other apprentices.

Silverpaw nuzzled her, "Beepaw is a mouse-brain. He takes things too seriously."

"No, Ravenstar," Rainspark meowed calmly, turning around, "You can't come. The biggest battle in history has just finished and the Clan can't have their leader leave them, it shows irresponsibility towards the Clan. I'm only the deputy, all I do is order patrols and , they can live without me for a little while." (I feel like Firestar's (not needed, lol) wisdom just possessed Rainspark, XD!)

Willowpaw looked to Acornpaw, "Whatever the warriors make us do."

Sunpaw was looking relaxed now that they wouldn't have time for Hawkpaw's and Ivypaw's games, but her eyes were still shining a bit with the same worry that filled Ashpaw.

(That'll work. But I have a feeling things will be very tense when Amberpool is near Nettlewater, lol.)

Now that the kits were out of the nursery, Feathercloud went in.

Waterfrost was in the nursery preparing two nests for her daughters, she remembered when they were kits and how they had always loved it in her nest when there was moss mixed with feathers on the top. She had also put some feathers in and fluffed up three mossy nests for Firefrost, Smokesong and Fernheart. Feathercloud raced forward and the small blue she-cat licked her mother's ear, she laid down in one of the nests Waterfrost had made for her and curled up, very tired.

Leopardspot squeezed into the nursery, not being as small as her sister. She smiled at Waterfrost gratefully, and laid down in the other nest Waterfrost had made.

Sweetpaw reached camp with a mouthful of borage, raspberry leaves, marigold, burdock and yarrow. She padded into the medicine den and spat them out, glaring at Nettlwater. Then laid in her nest, thinking hard about when she might become a full medicine cat.

Firefrost padded to the freshkillpile and grabbed three mice and squeezed inside the nursery and set them down,"Waterfrost, Leopardspot and Feathercloud these are for you."she meowed, pushing them forward.

Nettlewater blinked open her eyes and shook her head,"Sweetpaw?"she meowed.
