"Why of course.But, I must say, for Maplestar being so young, she is doing very well,"Oakstar commented,"Maybe it's because she had such a good cat raise her,"He meowed, flicking his tail.

Nettlewater ignored her,

Bramblestar growled, her ice blue eyes in slits, "I do not like flattery, Oakstar, even if that's not what you were trying for." the pretty, black she-cat then meowed, "I did not raise her. I mentored her, and she isn't doing so well, in fact, Maplestar hasn't really done anything. I have not forgiven you, Oakstar." she spat out his name, "It is your fault I walk here now, instead of leading my Clan. You made me charge into battle for Riverpaw's life." she spat out Riverpaw's name as well, "An apprentice who wasn't even that good! Ravenstar could have killed her, I wouldn't have cared, one apprentice wouldn't have lost me the battle and she definitely wasn't the future of the Clan!" Bramblestar was glowering at him so intensely, that if her looks controlled her claws, he would've have been shredded to nothing by now.

Ashpaw looked at Sunpaw. He shrugged. They were basically sitting around ever since Amberpool ran away. No one had remembered them. Not even Ravenstar.



Acornpaw was thinking. We should be made warriors soon. she thought. Even Ravenstar has forgotten about us. It's like we're not even alive.




Ivypaw paced back and forth outside the apprentices den. I need to do something! she screamed inside her head.



Hawkpaw clawed an imaginary bird. He saw Ashpaw and Sunpaw together but he didn't even feel like laughing. He plopped down with a sigh.



"Everyone's forgotten about us." Honeypaw grumbled. She looked over at the kits playing. "How can they be so happy?" she wondered.






Smokesong sadly looked at Feathercloud and Waterfrost. She wished she could show her mother her kits. She missed her mother.
