Rainkit sat down "Well, the most trusted part of our plan, the warrior, is out." she said "But can we stop obsessing over whether Brambleheart's a spy or not?" she asked "Come on Ravenkit, let's play with the new kits." and she bounded over to Thornkit and Dawnkit, "Hi! I'm Rainkit! Can I play with you?" she asked

Flamekit licked Firekit's head one more time, but didn't fall asleep. Instead her padded out of the nursery and wet to Rainkit, "And I'm Flamekit." he said to Thornkit and Dawnkit. "Ravenkit's over there." Flamekit flicked his tail over to the black she-kit a couple fox-lengths away.

Lilypool sat next to Leopardclaw and watched the kits play. "Thornkit seems..... Mischievous." she said at last "A good friend for Flamekit." Lilypool purred.

Cheetahstep, out of camp, raced around the forest. Quieting her pawsteps when she saw prey. She spotted a rabbit and pounced, her powerful back legs helped her leap and she swiftly killed the rabbit. Cheetahstep brought the rabbit back to her small pile of fresh-kill. Picking it all up, she went back to camp and set it all down on the fresh-kill pile.

Brambleheart padded out to "hunt" again and brought the three mice she caught into ThornClan camp. It was moonhigh and this was when she normally visited Oakstar. Padding past Stormfeather and glaring at him, she went into her father's den. Dropping the mice at his paws Brambleheart sat down "Father! I know I mustn't help DawnClan prosper... But the cats are becoming suspicious of my hunting! I never bring back more than five mice. It has always worked, except now those two kits have gone and convinced some apprentices. And one is a medicine cat apprentice!" Brambleheart said, she tried not to let her worry show as she continued, "They are trying to convince a warrior! But, back on topic, to clear the suspicions I must start hunting like I normally would. I have to bring back everything I catch." she said quietly.

Ravenkit hissed,"But Silverstep!this isn't just a game.Its serious!im not joking, That tabby cat is up to something and I'm determined to figure out what!"she growled.Ignoring Flamekit and Rainkit, she stalked of across the clearing to the Aprentinces den hoping to find Jaypaw.

Firekit purred contentely and fell asleep.

Oakstar growled in defense angrly,"You mustn't!How can I trust you if you bring all your prey to DawnClan?"he hissed angrly, glaring at his daughter.

And you don't just go around accusing cats of it because they don't come back with lots of prey or because they aren't there at every battle! And especially when you hardly know them!" the silver cat hissed and she turned around and padded away over to Hollypaw, trying to help Amberpool with her kits.

"You can trust me because I'm your daughter!" Brambleheart was about the only cat who could speak to Oakstar so boldly, "I have to! Or do you want all of DawnClan attacking when they figure out I'm a spy?" she met his eyes without any fear and glared straight back into them.

Unfortunately for Ravenkit, Rainkit noticed her leave and bounded off after her. Following her scent she found the bush and crawled under it. "Look, I hope you don't think your alone in thinking Brambleheart's a traitor." she mewed "Flamekit and I are just as suspicious. Just because Silverstep won't see it, doesn't mean we don't."
