"Come lay down." Sweetpaw mewed.

Icepool laid down in the nest Sweetpaw had beckoned her to, sighed in contentment, and was asleep in minutes.

Sweetpaw started muttering about herbs, "Comfrey, burdock, marigold and wild garlic need to be restocked."

Nettlewater purred,"I have marigold"She meowed trough a mouthful, of it,"go and rest, Sweetpaw"she murmured.

Ravenheart awoke and stretched.She heard squeaks and squeals of happiness outside and she padded out and Fernkit ran up to her.

"Ravenheart!"Fernkit yowled in glee with Goldentailvehind her,"I'm going to be a apprentice tomarrow!"she meowed.

Ravenheart smiled and licked her head and looked at Goldentail and smiled.She jerked her head up as two cats came yowling into camp.It was Hollyleaf and Squrrielflight.They were dragging a large brown shape between them.No, It c-cant be!It can't be....!,BROWNPAW!!"she yowled rushing up to them.

Squrrielflight set him down.He was bloody and he had Brambles(hehehe)stuck to him,"ThornClan.He was near the border"

"NO!"A horrorfiying, bloodchilling earsliptting screech filled the air from Honeypaw.The pure white she cat tore across the clearing from were she was sitting next to the elder toward her brother,"BROWNPAW!"she screamed, tears dripping from her face.

Bramblestar purred, "Thank you for helping me kill that apprentice, Maplepaw."

Rainspark raced up to them, "Not Brownpaw too!" she yowled.

Flamefang laid next to Firefrost, while Sweetpaw looked at her wounds, "They're not too deep, they'll heal quickly." she pressed a pulp of herbs onto it. "You can leave, as long as you're careful!" the orangey-pink apprentice mewed, then turned to Nettlewater and shook her head violently, "No! I can't, I want to look at Crowflight leg! And Leavepaw and Icepool's wounds, some more!"

Maplepaw held her head p proudly,"anything for you, Brambelstar"she replied.

Ravenheart sat down and sighed.

"No, they didn't drive it away. It's twoleg called it. The two real medicene cats are collecting herbs. The only one left in camp is a puny apprentice. If you sent your clan there they would all be destroyed." ThornFang meowed.

Snowpaw narrowed his eyes in anger and shook his head. "She's evil and that's that!" He declared.

ThornFang grinned. He looked up at the pretty golden she-c at. "I'm ThornFang, when your leader was spying for ThornClan she came to DawnClan. I was apprenticed to her and told about my true kin. I'm entireley loyal to ThornClan but BrambleStar still needs convincing about that." He smiled at the small apprentice. "was it you that killed the pityful apprentice brownpaw?" he asked his eyes shining.

FlameClaw looked at NettleWater. "Do you really think they doubt you? You were a medicine cat long before I even thought about healing." He smiled. "So what if there are three medicine cats. You are a very valuble asset to have in hard times like these. No cat should doubt you." He smiled at her before padding away.
