Wished I lived closer to so I could give them a piece of my mind. They sold me defective turners and would not make good on them.I bought 4 of them in 4 consecutive years all died within 2 months. And it's not like they are used alot as I raise pheasants and they are seasonal layers. After talking to someone there, they said they have been having troubles with the turners.I asked if they would exchange the last one I bought and they wouldn't do it.They would give me a full amount credit if I purchased a new turning unit,at 128.00,I opted not to do it.I had already replaced all the parts that were in the unit, roller switch, timing motor and the defective turner(which they admitted to),so why should by the other parts again?Needless to say,I no longer use the GQF bator or deal with GQF anymore.I now have a new Dickey.Much better built and is about 100.00 cheaper then the GQF.
