To add to the comb discussion--the single comb (the one on the chicken in back that appears larger right now) is just a different shape of comb, and it's a recessive gene. It doesn't indicate anything about sex.
All wyandottes, whether male or female, should have a rose comb (the flatter comb on the wyandotte in front), but because single comb is a recessive gene, it can pop up unexpectedly in chicks if both rose-combed parents carried the single gene.

Both are pullets, not cockerels.
