HELP! 2 YR OLD HEN WITH SWOLLEN FACE AND EYE SHUT

My sweet Ophelia was completely normal yesterday. This morning when I came into the chicken yard I noticed she had one eye that was swollen shut and the entire side of her face was very puffy. The other side also looks redder and more swollen than usual. She is eating and moving around just fine but less enthusiastic than normal. I attached three photos: the first two are her today(one super swollen side and another partially swollen side). The other photo is her face normally when she is healthy. What do I do? Thank you.

Does she have any other symptoms? Discharge from the nose or eyes? Sometimes puffy eyes can mean a upper respiratory infection.

Any bubbles in her eyes?

Do you see any bubbles in her eyes? She has a lot of pink showing around the eyes, which can be a sign of mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) a chronic respiratory disease. If that is what she has, she might respond to Tylan 50 injectable given orally, or Tylosin powder in her water for 5 days. Is there any way she could have been stung by a insect? Sometimes that can cause swelling of the face. Read post 8 here for dosage of Tylan:

I have the same problem with my pullet! The posters on this thread have useful information.

Still don't know what's causing it, but I clean discharge with sterile pad and apply a light coating of bacitracin on her eye.

She has bubbles in her eye! Just noticed them. Her nose is fine

Sounds like it could likely be a respiratory infection since there are bubbles, for sure check out the advice Eggcessive posted here. Sending lots of prayers for speedy recovery for your sweet girl
