She's 4 weeks old and insanely adorable.

She is a baby from the local park, where many different kind of ducks roam around!Adorable and not even a wild duck! How'd that happen?
I think over the years many different kinds have been released and mixed with one another, etc. The egg was abandoned near my favorite pair of "domestic" ducks actually, ones that my hubby and I actually used to feed corn all the time (mama is half Pekin half runner and dad is magpie). That's how we know her breed we weren't totally sure it would be their egg but we had a hunch. We are so thankful for her and feel very blessed If at any point she becomes too lonely (we work from home so not an issue yet) then we will find a wonderful farm with other ducks to release her at. It's just that for now she seems to really prefer humans
