I'm thinking this chick is like you said upside down find the beak make sure it's getting air and lets go from there .
Would I have to break through the membrane?? I never saw the beak! And I'm wondering if the tiny hole in the sac I saw was my fault!

Could be but if you break the membrane before the chick is ready they almost always die . You have gone this far . Now find the beak if it is in the zipping position it will be under the wing and hard to see . If the chick is malpositioned you want to elevate the pointy end . the yellow is for sure the yoke .

Candle from the bottom look for a triangle shape . If the chick is malpositioned that is where it will be. If piped through the membrane the peeping should be loud

But won't everything spill out if I flip it over with the pointy side up?? I tried Candling, but it was too hard! I didn't even see movement! No sounds either! :hit

Pointy side is now up! Now what?? Please reply! I candled again and maybe saw the beak. But not a single movement!!

I'm really sorry about all the questions, I just never had to go through this! Infact, I've never succeeded!
Well that's OK everybody has to start somewhere . When I say pointy end elevated I mean egg laying flat with the pointy end slightly higher than the fat end just a little higher. As in off center higher not standing up . you don't have a good enough candler for that dark of a egg . Your going to have to figure out two things where the beak is and which side is up. When you hand turn or the hen turns the egg is horizontal with the big end slightly higher than the pointy end . Very few hatch eggs in the vertical position . you stop turning the eggs and la them down on the eighteenth day I do fifteen or sixteen . This gives the chick time to move into the hatching position . I'm sure you have read all this . My thinking is the chick hasn't turned . If nothing else lay it down .make it rain in the incubator and hope for the best
