I still feel a little guilty though...

I have him in a little fancy box, and his leg wraps off. We are going to bury him tomorrow.

I do think you did all you could. I think he would have turned out to be a weaker chicken had he made it.

As for electrolytes I have heard using childrens medicine ( the light stuff with vitamins ) since it's normally
less harmful since it's made for kids.

Also make sure he is very warm at all times, Any sort of chill to his body will affect his health dramatically.

Thanks everybody. We buried him yesterday evening. All the chickens hang out there a lot, so I thought it would be a good place. In the spring I am going to plant some flowers over it.
