help baby duck not hatched all the way

I need to know what to do? I have already lost one baby this way but now I'm trying not lose another one...momma duck burried it out side the nest edge...so I took her in she/he is still moving. What do I do?
First time hatching eggs, no incubator. Just a warming light, how close should the light be too the duck

I see a lot of blood there. Which is never a good sign. Try to keep the duckling around 95-100 degrees for the next little bit. It will make it or it won't
