Not judging on combing actually, although my 10-11 week old BO cockerel has less comb. Mine does have a very small amount of combing for his age.
There are Buff Orpington 'pullet' faces, and there are Buff Orpington 'cockerel' faces.
This is a cockerel face.
While I don't judge by tail at this age, the tail has grown in a cockerel way too.

I'd still keep it for now because there are always exceptions to the rule.

I’m going to say cockerel. My pullet is 12 weeks and her comb still is not that large. Not a great pic but gives you an idea.

I really do believe there are pullet and cockerel faces, across all breeds, but I'm more familiar with BO. And there are some that could be either cockerel or pullet.
Can't post photos because my phone memory is full.
