HELP! Chick is not doing well at All.

I have 9 chicks in total the 1 I'm referring to is a Lavender Orphintan who is not doing well. They recently have started refusing food or water so I'm using a syringe to feed them. They are a quarter size of the others I have. They can't walk and I noticed 1 of there leg joint seems swollen and hot to touch. I bought them February 23rd of this year. The not walking started about a week ago.

Possibly Failure to Thrive, which can't often be helped. Its not painful but they typically pass away before a few months.
What is their diet?

I have them on a medicated Start and Grow crumble. Should I cull them they aren't doing good and I don't want them to suffer. They don't even chirp anymore I feel bad.

That's up to you, it's never an easy decision. I'd give them another day, mix egg yolk and crushed b complex into the feed slurry and see if there's any improvement .
