Help! Chick with rye neck!

I went out this morning at 9:30 to do chores and one of our 2 1/2 week old chicks was lying there on their nest bed with it's head crooked around like rye neck.
Can we fix it?
If so how?

Is the chick otherwise alert and behaving normally? Can it stand. Can you provide video or at least a photo?

The treatment for wry neck is vitamin E 400iu.

Will a sun flower seed paste work.

It needs to be the concentrated vitamin E oil. What country are you in?

Then run down to Walmart and grab a bottle ofvitamin E 400iu capsules and open one up each day and either squirt it directly into the beak of the chick of pour onto a bit of boiled egg. The egg will help the E absorb more quickly. Dothis every day until the chick is upright and walking normally.

Is there any reason the chick might have bare spots on the sides of his head.

Chick down is often thin and gives the impression of baldness. It's nothing to be concerned about.
