HELP CHICKEN GOT ATTACKED BY DOG

She may be uncomfortable being on her legs all the time.
You could try fashioning a sling to put her in for short periods of time to help support her and let her move her legs. Some birds panic in a sling, while others do very well. You would want to watch her to see if she's going to flip out of it. Her neck...maybe place your rolled up socks or towel on there somehow to help support that too?
Just a thought.

The first video - it's short and give an idea of a sling, I don't know if I would put food/water if she has no control over her head. The second one is about Brownie, it's been a couple of years now, but Kailey asked about him here on BYC. I can't remember what happened to him, but I if I remember correctly, Brownie did eventually recover and was able to walk on his own - it took some time though. Hope that helps.

also lately her poop has been watery with a little bit of white in it. i've been trying to get her to eat watery feed and yogurt. could that be because i've given her mostly water?

Yes, that would make the poop watery. She's not eating a lot to give the poop any "substance" or bulk, so I would expect to see watery poop.
Once she's eating more food, then the poop should start to firm up again.

update with my chicken. she's still alive and moving around a little bit. not really eating fully on her own but drinking on her own. now she has a lot of feathers coming off and i'm not sure if they are scabs or if something else is wrong

Hard to tell from the photo - where those feathers are coming off - is that right near her wounds? It may be dead and drying up skin?

Any odors from the wounds?

the feathers are coming off and skin too. but it might be dead skin or a scab?
That's what I'm thinking - likely dead skin along with a scab - really hard to tell from the photo.
I would put some triple antibiotic ointment on the pink/healthy skin underneath there/along the edges. In time that hanging part will like fall off.

I don't know much good advise, but I do know that chickens are amazing at healing wounds. Best whishes. :hugs
Also, if you can, maybe bring her to the vet if it is not a rough and long ride to get a x-ray? Wouldn't want badly reformed bones. Hopefully she doesn't have any broken bones.
