I suggest, now that i've seen it that you go to bed and leave it alone. It will hatch on it's own.

It looks as if there are still some active blood vessels. The advice you've been given is perfect. Wait, let it be, find something to keep ya busy and don't open the incubator unless absolutely necessary.I can see it's beak pushing on the membrane but it just can't push through. I know there is that small red (used to be blood vein) in the middle.

Always leave at least one hatched chick in the incubator to help motivate those that are still in the shell. My concern was oxygen. You said it's breathing. I'll leave it be. I have 2 peepers in the brooder to keep me busy.
How do I keep hatchlings from knocking the eggs all over? I thought lockdown meant no moving the eggs at all anymore.Always leave at least one hatched chick in the incubator to help motivate those that are still in the shell.
Lockdown just means you need to stop turning the eggs so that the chicks can get into the proper position for hatching. Once the hatching starts, getting rolled around isn't an issue because they have already had plenty of time to get into position. How do I keep hatchlings from knocking the eggs all over?
