HELP do I help or no?

If it's broken the shell, I can promise you the membrane has been torn. Sometimes it's very hard to see, sometimes it's torn in a spot you can't see, sometimes the edges blend together and you can't tell. Leave it be and wait. Peeping and moving means the chick is getting oxygen, so there is absolutely no reason to try and assist at this point. You can do a lot more harm than good by intervening too soon.

I can see it's beak pushing on the membrane but it just can't push through. I know there is that small red (used to be blood vein) in the middle.

It looks as if there are still some active blood vessels. The advice you've been given is perfect. Wait, let it be, find something to keep ya busy and don't open the incubator unless absolutely necessary. :hugs
All looks good at this point.
I'm off to bed. You're in great hands!
Hope to see pics of cute Lil peeps tomorrow! :fl

How do I keep hatchlings from knocking the eggs all over? I thought lockdown meant no moving the eggs at all anymore.
Lockdown just means you need to stop turning the eggs so that the chicks can get into the proper position for hatching. Once the hatching starts, getting rolled around isn't an issue because they have already had plenty of time to get into position.

The membrane is starting to get more opaque. I understand now what was ment by its not ready. Seeing this one hatch right beside the backwards one I see what a "I'm ready to hatch" membrane looks like. Thank you all for your excellent help and advice.

Time for this mama hen to sleep.
