I have a 2yr. Old white layer duck that is gasping for air and making little squeak sounds when she does! I felt her neck and didn’t feel anything but I’m not sure if she got feed stuck somewhere. She’ll take water if you syrenge it down but that’s it. She’s pale and her beak is light. Any help on what it could be??

Agree with electrolytes. Maybe also put some water in her nostrils. Is your waterer deep enough in which they can get their nostrils in the water?

Be careful with using a syringe to give her water, if not done properly she could aspirate. Please don't force her to drink by dipping her nares in water. Does she normally have water deep enough to dunk her head in? She might have swallowed something that she shouldn't have and it is stuck. How long has she been like this?

That’s not normal!! When did this start? Is she wheezing, coughing and/or sneezing?
Yesterday, she is doing better, slight wheezing but not as bad now, she sneezed a little bit yesterday but haven’t heard any today. Yes she can dip she could dunk her head in water if she chose to just not currently.
