The veterinarian that told the OP to give the duck the medications in the first place does. The OP should probably go with the vet's advice and do that since it's true that no one here is a vet and the vet probably knows more.

Hmmm? all Birds have coccidiosis in the gut but it never bothers Ducks.. Peas with margarine works to get things moving...
