I know snails can have parasites, but I don't know if any of them are dangerous for ducks...I know this is hijacking a thread but is there a problem with feeding minnows, shad, and baby perch out of a pond ? What about grub worms and snails?

I only have ducks, but I like chickens too and may get some in the future. Grew up with chickens.Lukemjm, do you have any chickens, or just ducks?
Do you have just your two duckies or are these just the ones that were injured?I only have ducks, but I like chickens too and may get some in the future. Grew up with chickens.
Only the two. They are closer to children than livestock to us. But we do eat the free eggs. Yum.Do you have just your two duckies or are these just the ones that were injured?
How long have you had them for? They don't really look like ducklings, lol. And that's super sweet that they're your babies.Only the two. They are closer to children than livestock to us. But we do eat the free eggs. Yum.
Carmella pooped! Stinkiest poop I've ever encountered. But it's better than no poop. Hopefully I can give her food soon. Greg also pooped, mostly clear fluids, a little bit of green goo. His energy levels are up and he seems to be in a better mood. Carmella is still very tired, and does not like to hold her head up, so I made her a pillow from shavings to do the work for her.
We've had Gregory since he was 2 weeks old, and we've had him for a year now. Once Grego got too big to stay inside, we purchased Carmella from some friends who run a duck farm so Gregory wouldn't be so lonely. That was about 10 months ago. I am in contact with Casportpony and she is walking me through the steps. How long have you had them for? They don't really look like ducklings, lol. And that's super sweet that they're your babies.
Let's hear from the tube feeding expert. How much longer until she can have food?
