This is just a question what hapens if you clean a chicken
vent area

And she still has this

Sorry if this is disgusting to you well to be honest its
kind of scary

Can I put her in water

And maybe use dettol to get rid of the black thing in her bum or is their
anything else I could use

A small towel with warm water (not burning hot water, just mildly warm water) should be used in this situation. It should be dabbed on the bum of the chicken, make sure you don't smear it. Try to dab it to get the dry blood off the chicken and any other thing on the bum of this chicken, as keeping it on can sometimes cause infection. Do this till you clean most of the vent area. My chicken has little insect near her bum
like its light colour

Her bum will be sore this is why we don't want to really rub her bum. And this is why I use a towel to deal with this problem.

Sounds like she has lice/mites. As gross as it is, I would hold off dealing with that until you deal with the immediate problem. Once she's all cleaned up and dry you can dust her with some poultry dust (Sevindust, Viper).
