Help! first time hatching!

I'd love to set some more because I love the incubating, but I don't need any more right now. Hubby is already complaining that we can't go anywhere without me worrying about animals! I told him its because they are still young... (that should hold him off for the time being LOL)

@silkiecuddles how are your babies doing now?

I just read on another thread the suggestion of using a feminine pad with water added to it, stuck to the wall of the incubator to help increase humidity. I immediately thought of your crowded Eco with no room to add cups and sponges and such, and thought I'd add the suggestion here, in case anyone else runs across this thread for humidity reasons. I would think that could be a viable option!

They're great. I've moved them to a rabbit hutch which has more room. They drink so much water and I only have 1 chick waterer available for them, so I put two rabbit bottles up for them. They all use them

I may be pulling the bator out again soon! I told my neighbor I'd incubate some eggs for her because her hatch rate was really low in her Little Giant.

I'd love to hatch for someone else! I don't have room or need any more! If I get all my current ones to my camp in a couple of months, I want to do some bantams to keep at my house.

Hey if you have silkies you can hatch me some and mail them!!

Heehee... hmmm, does my sister-in-law still have silkies? I remember seeing a silkie roo there recently, but I'll find out! LOL
Actually, if she does, silkies should be pretty easy to sell. Gee thanks, now you got me thinking... I thought LO's would be easy to sell, but I don't have the heart to part with any of them!
