Moth larvae in feed will not give chickens worms.

You think it was moth larvae? Well that's good! I'm glad they won't get worms. But Ive already started the dewormer, so I'll just finish it and then they'll be good for the fall

I threw it all away. It was Purina all flock, same as I always get. Usually lasts months.

Purina Flock Raiser ....crumbles?
Likely grain mites, get them every summer. Mixing in DE will kill them.
It's a PITA, but no real threat to their health.
No need for dewormer.

Are you sure?
Might have gotten into your feed after opening it, depending on how you store it.
