If she drinks on her own, that is great. If she refuses to do anything, I would drip the electrolytes with my finger or a straw on top of her beak and let it roll into her mouth for several swallow at least once per hour.

Did you already pick up chicken feed? So she hasn't had grit. Without much out door access, at least bring a scoop of dirt to her so she can pic through it for the grit. Honestly I'm surprised she survived so long, no meanness intended.
